Does It Work Across Multiple Locations?
The short answer
Yes. Each location is set up with its own calendar, staff, hours, services, and capacity limits, so a booking for your east-side kennel never lands on the west-side calendar by mistake. It tells the caller it is an AI assistant, works out which site the call is for, and checks that location's real availability before offering a time. Nothing shared between locations gets merged into one schedule unless you want it that way.
One assistant, calendars that stay separate
A business running two or three locations usually has separate staff, separate hours, and separate capacity at each site, even if the brand and the phone number are the same. Treating all of that as one calendar is how a groomer at one location ends up double-booked because a slot at a different building looked open.
The assistant is configured with each location's own calendar, service menu, and rules, so a booking always checks the right one. A change in staffing or hours at one site does not touch how the others are scheduled.
How a caller ends up at the right location
If each location has its own number, the assistant already knows which calendar to check the moment the call connects. If callers share one main number, it asks which location or nearest address works for them, the same way your front desk would, and confirms before checking availability.
Services, prices, and policies can differ site to site, boarding capacity at one building is not daycare headcount at another, and the assistant applies the rules for the location the caller actually wants rather than a blended average of all of them.
Common questions
Does each location need its own phone number?
No, though it can help. If you route by the number dialed, the assistant already knows the location. With one shared number, it asks the caller which location they mean before checking availability.
Can locations have different services or hours?
Yes. Each location's services, hours, staff, and policies are defined separately, and the assistant applies the right set for the location the caller is actually booking.
